Systemic risks in an unstable society: Social and cultural-informational dimensions

چکیده
The article presents the main results of research work at Institute Sociology National Academy Sciences Ukraine. It is emphasized that instability social processes in global context associated with systemic risks exogenous and endogenous nature, turn, states crises (economic, financial, political, coronavirus, etc.) provoke deployment layering different spheres public life. Sociological interpretation involves attention to specifics functioning institutions, characteristics socio-psychological cultural-information climate, direction attitudes practices citizens. Based on a generalized vision theoretical methodological approaches study risks, analysis empirical data from opinion polls (monitoring "Ukrainian Society" NAS Ukraine other data) sociological manifestations localizations poverty, tension, education employment, e-democratization, leisure participation, digital media carried out.
